This Privacy Policy explains how TopNotchSports LLC, doing business as Top Notch Sports (“Top Notch Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit topnotchsports.us, request a free mockup, place an order, or communicate with us by email, phone, chat, or text message.

When you use our website, request a free mockup or quote, place an order, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
  • Team information such as team name, sport, colors, roster size, sizes, player names and numbers, and any logos or artwork you upload.
  • Order, shipping and billing details needed to fulfil and deliver your order (payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers).
  • Messages you send us through our website chat, contact forms, email, phone, or text message.
  • Basic technical information such as browser type, device, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and improve it.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To prepare and send your free design mockup and quote.
  • To process, produce, ship, and support your order, and to send order confirmations, production updates, and shipping notifications.
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer service.
  • To send you text messages (SMS/MMS) and emails about your quote, mockup, order status, and, if you have separately opted in, occasional promotions, discounts, and new product announcements.
  • To improve our website, products, and services, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Top Notch Sports at that number. We offer two types of messages, each with its own consent: transactional messages about your quote, mockup, and order, and marketing messages about promotions and new products. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Mobile Information Is Never Shared for Marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business and who are required to protect it, such as our website host, payment processor, shipping carriers, our customer relationship management platform, and the text messaging and email delivery providers we use to communicate with you.
